How far in advance should I schedule my shoot?

We recommend scheduling your appointment 24–72 hours in advance whenever possible. However, we understand that real estate moves quickly and will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is:
Photography: Next Day
Reels & Short-Form Content: 24–48 Hours
Cinematic Tour Videos: 48–72 Hours
Rush delivery options may be available upon request.
What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety and quality are our top priorities. If weather conditions negatively impact the quality of the media or create unsafe flying conditions for drone operations, we may recommend rescheduling or returning for aerial footage at a later date.
How will I receive my photos and videos?

All completed media is delivered through a convenient online gallery where you can:

Download social media formats when applicable
Do I need to be present during the shoot?

No. While we are happy to work alongside agents and homeowners, your presence is not required. As long as we have property access and the home is fully prepared, we can efficiently complete the shoot on our own.

Can I use my photos and videos for social media and marketing?

Absolutely. Agents receive marketing rights to use the delivered media for listing promotion, social media, websites, advertising, and personal branding purposes. Media ownership and licensing details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
What areas do you service?

Signature Luxe Media proudly serves Savannah, Statesboro, Guyton, Springfield, Rincon, Ludowici, Hinesville, Valdosta, Tifton, Lake Park, Moultrie, Thomasville, Albany, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Augusta, Hilton Head, Bluffton, and surrounding areas throughout Georgia, South Carolina and South Florida. If your property is outside our standard service area when you prepare to book, you will fall into our Extended Service Area and your portal will adjust the total based upon the Listing address which will incur a Travel Fee of $65.
Do you offer virtual staging?

Yes. Virtual staging allows us to digitally furnish vacant spaces, helping buyers visualize the potential of a home while maintaining a clean and realistic appearance.
What if the home isn't ready when you arrive?

To stay on schedule for all clients, we may need to photograph the property as-is or reschedule the appointment. Additional travel or rescheduling fees may apply.
Do you offer monthly content packages for Realtors®?

Yes. We offer content-day packages and monthly media plans designed to help agents consistently create engaging social media content, personal branding videos, and listing marketing materials.
Are twilight photos real or digitally created?

We offer both. Traditional twilight sessions are captured during sunset, while Virtual Twilight images provide a cost-effective alternative by digitally transforming daytime exterior photos into stunning twilight scenes.
How long does a typical shoot take?

The length of a shoot depends on the size of the property and the services selected. Most photography sessions take between 30–90 minutes, while properties that include drone media, video, or additional marketing services may require more time. We always strive to work efficiently while maintaining the highest level of quality.
